Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (No exchanges).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us through the form on our Contact Us page or at info@aegeanessence.com with your name, order number, shipping address, and reason for returning.
There is a $6.99 flat return shipping fee that is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!
Aegean Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, in shipping and return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, either with a refund or by sending you a new product. We will request that you submit photo(s) showing what the issue is.
Aegean Essence is not responsible for broken or tarnished jewelry after the 7-day return window. Aegean Essence is not responsible for lost jewelry.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, and sale items. Discounted items are final sale (unless damaged).
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
